He wants to leave but I don't think it's gonna happen
Vince is 30, RJ is almost 28 , and theres some serious rebuilding neccessary
Kidd leaves, VC leaves, if VC leaves then RJ leaves.
Might as well keep around some reasonably good role models or you get stuck in a youngster trying to teacher youngster cycle that the bulls were stuck in for 7 years after Jordan

yeah I'd say fk him if he wants to get a championship, he can take a pay cut or learn to make a jumpshot
