What seed would portland be in the east

I'd say 3rd, because they'd benefit from playing only 2 games vs the west instead of the 4 or 3 they do now

at least a 6 seed. the east is pathetic

3rd. But then again, most teams in the west would be 3rd in the east.

3rd at least, it'd be on top of either the atlantic or southeast conferences

In the EAST? Are you kidding me? The Kings can probably make the playoffs in the East.

only boston and detroit would be better

worse case senario would put them at #3. best case would be at #2. they are definitely not as good as boston, i think that detroit is better, but a case can be made that if portland had an east heavy schedule that they can compete with the pistons record for a #2 seed

the East plays Western teams twice a year, so that would make the schedule for them 2x easier.

Their record is very similar to Orlando's, who are 3rd in the East.

Didn't take long for Portland to become the most overrated team in the league. They're ridiculously hot right now, let's see how they do when the schedule gets tougher and it gets later into the season.
